Gather heroes to your cause, develop your domain, and take command when rival armies meet on the battlefield. Inspired by Bandit Kings of Ancient China and other classic Koei strategy games, Eagle0 is set in a fantasy kingdom torn apart by civil war.

Build your provinces

Restore provinces damaged by war and develop their agriculture, economy, and infrastructure. Build the food reserves and income you need to support your heroes and armies.

Recruit heroes to your cause

Gather a band of powerful heroes to govern your provinces and lead your troops. Learn what will persuade them to join you, develop their abilities, and keep their loyalty as your realm grows.

Negotiate with your rivals

Send ambassadors to negotiate truces and alliances. Decide which borders to secure through diplomacy and which rival to confront next.

Build an army

Assemble battalions under your heroes' command, equip them, and supply their campaigns. Choose where to march as you defeat your enemies and restore stability to the kingdom.

Tactical gameplay

Take command of the heroes and battalions you brought to battle.

Fight across a hex battlefield

Position your units on a map of hex tiles. Use terrain and weapon range to choose where to engage, and time your moves as the battle develops.

Use each unit's strengths

Paladins rally nearby allies with Holy Wave, while mages call down meteors. Longbowmen strike from a distance. Your heroes' professions and their battalion types shape the army you bring to battle.

Help shape Eagle0

We're inviting a few strategy players to try Eagle0 on Windows or macOS. Start with the tutorial, then tell us what interested you and where you got stuck. Expect bugs and ongoing changes; access is invitation-only.

Eagle0 is made by two friends who loved playing Bandit Kings of Ancient China back in the NES days. Now we're making a strategy game of our own.
